COM 3360 - Introduction to Journalism |
News is an integral part of our lives. This course aims
to provide a critical understanding of the role of
journalism in modern society, combining theoretical
perspectives on the making of news with insights from the
journalists, broadcasters and editors who produce it.
Students will analyze research material on journalism in
the press, as well as examining newsmaking on television and
on the internet.
