COM 5300 - Topics in Intergroup Dialogue |
Using self-reflection, identity exploration, and dialogue,
learn how everyday communicative interactions can lead to
cross-cultural mistrust and misunderstanding. Students also
learn how social structures and institutions, e.g., schools,
neighborhoods, media, and health organizations, function to
allocate privilege and sustain societal inequities.
